We want you and your pup to be 100% thrilled with every purchase! Because most of our items are small-batch or personalized, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind. However, if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right—whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund.
